Delete your account

1. Open the Healquick app and log in.
2. Go to Account, then Delete Account.
3. Confirm. You are logged out straight away and the account cannot be recovered.

If you have an order, lab test or consultation still in progress, we ask you to wait until it is completed or cancel it first.

Email support@healquick.in with the subject "Delete my Healquick account" from the email address you registered with, and include the mobile number on your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership of that number. We process requests within 30 days.

• Your name, date of birth and gender
• Your mobile number, which is replaced with a placeholder so it can no longer log in
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your search history
• Your login sessions

Records of past orders, payments, prescriptions, lab bookings and consultations are kept for the period required by applicable pharmacy, tax and medical-record regulations. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name, phone number or addresses. When the retention period ends they are removed.
