Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Healquick mobile app and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Healquick. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Healquick

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Prescriptions and medical products

Certain medicines require a valid prescription. Every prescription order is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch, and we may reject, adjust, or request clarification on any order that cannot be verified. Healquick does not provide medical advice — always consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

3. Orders and delivery

Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment. Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by location.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). Healquick does not store your full card details. Prices, discounts and coupon terms are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and returns

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch, from the My Orders section of the app. Once dispatched, returns for medicines are handled case-by-case and are subject to applicable drug-safety regulations.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healquick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@healquick.in.
