This Privacy Policy explains how Healquick collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website. Because Healquick handles health-related information, we treat this data with particular care.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, phone number, email, addresses); order and payment history; uploaded prescriptions and related health information; lab test bookings and reports; and device/location data needed to deliver orders and show accurate delivery estimates.
2. How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, verify prescriptions with a licensed pharmacist, facilitate lab tests and doctor consultations, process payments securely, and communicate order and account updates to you.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our delivery partners, our payment processor (Razorpay), and, where relevant, the pharmacist or doctor handling your request. We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain order, prescription and health-record data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable pharmacy and medical-record regulations.
5. Your rights
You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Certain records (e.g. dispensed-prescription records) may need to be retained for a minimum period under applicable law even after a deletion request.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted storage and transmission, access controls, and audit logging on sensitive actions like prescription review — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password on your account.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
